Our Calcot Suite is registered for civil ceremonies and can accommodate up to 40 guests.
The Isle suite and conservatory are ideal for holding your wedding breakfast for up to 90 guests.
In the evening the Isle Suite can hold up to 120 guests for disco and buffet.
Room hire costs are as follows

Half Day £50
Isle Suite Full Day £150
Half Day £ 75
Please note that these prices are only applicable if we are catering food and drink, if external or no catering, these prices are significantly higher.
Bar Services
The Isle Suite has its own bar, licensed until midnight. The bar will be opened free of charge when you have a buffet or meal for 50 or more guests.
Bar opening cost for less than 50 guests is £50.
Music and Entertainment
Music and entertainment may carry on until midnight.
Our resident DJ Brian Cole costs just £130 for the evening.
Deposits and Payments
To reserve the date we request that you pay a £200 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit.
Full payment must be received a minimum of two weeks before the date of your wedding alongside final numbers and menu choices.
